Za oblačila slovenskih igralk je poskrbelo podjetje SWY brand. V prijetnem vzdušju je vse prisotne pozdravil predsednik Tenis Slovenije magister Damjan Kralj: “Resnično nas veseli, da gostimo dvoboj Billie Jean King Cup med Slovenijo in Španijo. Španija je v zgodovini petkrat osvojila pokal BJK, Slovenija pa je svoj največji uspeh prav dosegla pri vas – pred tremi leti v Sevilli, kjer smo igrali polfinale proti Italiji. To je bil velik trenutek za naš tenis – in zgodil se je prav pri vas. V prihodnjih dneh vam želim odlične dvoboje, in naj zmaga boljša ekipa.” V večeru polnem kulinaričnih dobrot in dobre glasbe so uživali tudi gostje iz Španije, v njihovem imenu se je za gostoljubje zahvalila kapetanka Carla Suarez Navarro.

BJK CUP: OFFICIAL DINNER AT MARINA PORTOROŽ
Yesterday, the tennis players in Portorož had a busy schedule. In addition to training sessions ahead of the BJK Cup tie, both the Slovenian and Spanish teams held a press conference at noon, followed by an official dinner at Marina Portorož in the evening.
The Slovenian players’ outfits were provided by SWY brand. In a pleasant atmosphere, all those present were welcomed by the President of the Tennis Association of Slovenia, Mr. Damjan Kralj:
“We are truly delighted to host the Billie Jean King Cup tie between Slovenia and Spain. Spain has won the BJK Cup five times in history, while Slovenia achieved its greatest success דווקא on your soil—three years ago in Seville, where we played the semifinal against Italy. It was a major moment for our tennis—and it happened right there with you. In the coming days, I wish you great matches, and may the better team win.”
During the evening, filled with culinary delights and good music, the guests from Spain also enjoyed themselves. On behalf of the Spanish team, captain Carla Suárez Navarro expressed her gratitude for the hospitality.
